Great service! Bought new tires here and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While changing the tires, the guy working on my car even noticed and let me know that my inner fender liner needed replacement. Really appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend these guys.Before I even booked my appointment, Ali was incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer my questions about wheel spacers, explained the pros and cons of different sizes, and offered honest advice to help me choose the best fit for my car instead of trying to upsell me.On the day of my appointment, I arrived about 10 minutes early. The gate opened right at 9:00 a.m. sharp, and Shiraz greeted me immediately and was ready to get started. Throughout the installation, he was precise and careful. I noticed he removed the lug nuts cleanly without the socket clanging around on the wheels, which I really appreciated. He used extended guide pegs during the spacer installation, and it was impressive how easily he removed and reinstalled the wheels without banging or scraping them. When reinstalling the wheels, he lined everything up perfectly using the guide pegs. He also boxed up all of my original lug bolts and returned them to me. The entire spacer installation took about 20 minutes and was completed flawlessly. The cost was so affordable I gave Shiraz a $20 tip. 😄After the installation, I had a question about the lifting method used on my BMW. Ali took the time to provide a detailed technical explanation of how their mid-rise scissor lift and load-spreading technique work. His response was professional, thorough, and demonstrated that he clearly understood the engineering behind the process. I appreciated that he didn't dismiss my concern and instead took the time to explain everything in detail.Overall, the entire experience was professional, efficient, and customer-focused. It's clear these guys take pride in their work, and I'll definitely be returning for future services. 👍🏼

We have used a few of their services: tire rim cleaning due to slow leaks, a patched nail hole, and a new rim set for our winter tires. They have done a great, thorough job at very reasonable prices. They are also very responsive to inquiries and issues.My wife said it's worth going back to them even though they are a bit farther away from our home as they are very reliable.

Purchased a set of winter tires and rims as price was very competitive. In addition, Ali was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous for the arrangement of purchase and booking. Unfortunately, the installation did not go so well. One of the tire was under inflated of which I thought needed time for vehicle to recalibrate but was not the case. Turns out the valve stem had an issue which prevented me from filling in the needed pressure. Had to bring to a neighbourhood shop to get it fixed since Rim a Tire Pro was too far away from home. Ali offered to make up the problem for next visit which is nice but shop has lost my trust.
